Does this work for an HOA or condo association?
Yes. Bill assessments and dues the same way you bill rent, with late fees, a portal for owners, announcements, work requests, and the vendor bills for the building. A mixed association with a retail bay can add CAM when the documents call for it.
Do I need CAM tools if I only have apartments?
No. Skip CAM charges when the lease does not call for reimbursement. The tools are there if you add a retail bay later.
Can residents pay online?
